Part of wellness is having special friends around you like Steph! I am very grateful for what you did for me but the way you supported me was beyond!! It's not just a piece of paper that I needed. It was her positive strength and confidence that helped me so much!

I was excited to be able to join one of Stephanie’s workshops and so happy I did. I loved the workbook she provided because I was able to follow along with her and join in group exercises which helped keep everyone engaged. She touched on topics that can relate to anyone at any stage of their lives, spoke one on one with each member in the workshop personalizing the lesson and tips to each member and I’ve been applying the tips I learned during the workshop and I can’t wait to attend another one.
